Cancellation Policy

How cancellation requests are reviewed before dispatch, after dispatch, and for preorder products.

Before dispatch

You can request cancellation before an order is packed or dispatched. Contact us with your order ID as soon as possible.

A cancellation request is not confirmed until TCG India confirms it in writing, because orders can move quickly from payment to packing.

After dispatch

Orders that have already shipped usually cannot be cancelled. If delivery fails or a courier returns the shipment, we will review the case and confirm the next step.

Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, or courier charges may not be refundable where they have already been incurred.

Preorders

Preorder cancellations are reviewed case by case because preorder stock is reserved against limited incoming allocation.

If a preorder is delayed or cancelled by the supplier, we will contact affected customers with available options.

Unavailable products and listing errors

If a product becomes unavailable, is incorrectly priced, or has a listing error, TCG India may cancel the order and initiate an eligible refund.

Refund timing after approval depends on the payment provider and customer bank processing timelines.
