Shipping Policy

TCG India ships Pokemon TCG and One Piece TCG orders across India where supported courier service is available.

Delivery options are checked by pincode during checkout. If a pincode is not serviceable, contact us and we can review possible alternatives.

Orders to Bangalore (560xxx) pincodes can choose same-day delivery at checkout. We book a Rapido rider from our HSR Layout base; paid orders before 4 PM are dispatched the same day, later orders the next day.

You can pay the Rapido rider directly for the ride on delivery, or pay a flat ₹200 with your order and we pay the rider for you.

Choose 2-Day Delivery (our express courier option) at checkout for faster delivery anywhere in India. Most orders to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad arrive in about two days after dispatch.

Delivery to smaller towns and remote pincodes can take longer depending on the courier route. Standard delivery remains available as a lower-cost option.

In-stock orders are packed after payment confirmation. During high-demand releases, packing can take longer because orders are verified and sealed products are protected before dispatch.

We pack trading card products carefully using protective packaging suited to sealed boxes, packs, bundles, and accessories.

Estimated delivery timelines depend on the destination pincode, courier route, weather, local restrictions, and release-period volume.

Tracking details are shared when available. Courier delays after dispatch are outside our direct control, but our support team will help follow up where possible.

Preorder products ship after stock reaches us and the product is ready for dispatch.

If an order contains preorder and in-stock items, dispatch timing may depend on the preorder item unless we confirm a split shipment separately.
