Clear photos or videos of the defect, packaging, and order details are required before a return can be approved.
Refunds are processed only for approved defective-product returns after the returned cards or products reach us and pass review. If the product is not defective, the request is raised after the 3-day window, or proper proof is not provided, the return may be declined.
