Returns & Refunds Policy

We carefully pack every order, but if a product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, here is how our return review works.

3 days from delivery

Defect return requests must be raised within 3 days from the day your order is delivered.

Defective products only

Returns are accepted only when a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.

Proof is required

Clear photos or videos of the defect, packaging, and order details are required before a return can be approved.

How to request a return

  1. 1Contact TCG India within 3 days of delivery with your order ID and defect details.
  2. 2Share clear proof, including photos or videos of the product, defect, packaging, and shipping label.
  3. 3Wait for our review and written approval before sending anything back.
  4. 4Pack the cards securely so they reach us in the same condition.
  5. 5Ship the return back to us and share the tracking details if available.
  6. 6After we receive and inspect the approved return, we will issue the eligible refund.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are processed only for approved defective-product returns after the returned cards or products reach us and pass review. If the product is not defective, the request is raised after the 3-day window, or proper proof is not provided, the return may be declined.
